WasH DaY

Tuesdays are my hair washing days and I so look forward to them because I love washing my hair. Since I seen that crazy hair growth, I have been truly dedicated to getting my hair healthier and longer. My hair is already super thick so I honestly do not feel the need to want thicker hair that would be

Yea a complete mess lol. Doesn't he look cool. HaHa
So because of these different needs and wants for my hair I have changed up my regimen by adding new products that I totally adore. So without further a due here it is:

Shampoo Hair 1x a week (Tuesday) with Paul Mitchelle Tea Tree Shampoo

Condition my hair 1x week with Paul Mitchell Super Charged Moisturizier.
I highly recommend this conditioner to anyone who has thick hair. Excellent conditioner.

I have noticed that my hair doesn't like to be deep conditioned after I use the Super Charged Moisturizer because that is like over moisturizing your hair so I apply my Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum which I must say is the bomb. Its way better than the CHI Silk Infusion and its way cheaper. I makes your hair nice and shiny and it protects your hair from the heat. Its a very light substance so it wont leave your hair feeling greasy.

While wet I also apply the Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Relaxing Balm. This product is used to keep your hair from getting frizzy. I find that it works extremly well to protect your hair from mother nature.

After I blow dry my hair I spray a good amount of the Paul Mitchell Hold Me Tight Spray which can be layered onto hair without stiffness or dulling build-up; vegetable-derived conditioners and intense shine enhancers impart high gloss and reduce static. It works really well for roller wraps. I use it before I flat iron my hair and the results are magnificent.

I am a Paul Mitchell girl now his products are freakin incredible. They do exactly what they say their going to do and are very affordable. My stylist, Jessica, introduced me to these products. She uses them on my hair everytime I go for a wash, trim, and style.

Yes Visible Changes where healthy hair is born lol.
I so love this place.

So I challenge you try out some of Paul Mitchell products, I promise you won't be disappointed.

He uses it and look at his hair lol. Thats my home skillet Mookie not just some random guy I found surfing the net.

LoSe IT...

I've Been trying to lose weight for about 2 years now but havent had the focus or motivation to continue with it. I always start on the right path by eating right, excerising, so on and so on for about 2 weeks then I tend to go back to all my bad habits. This year is going to be the year I go totally through it. I don't like what I see in the mirror. I can't go shopping and buy cute clothes in my size. Im just tired, fed up.

Monday January 18th 2010 I officially started my weight loss challenge. This week Im challenging myself to eat the right food in smaller portions. I must say the first day is always the easy day. I ate the right foods at the right time in the best portion sizes.

Today January 19th 2010 I will start a liquid diet which means I only will intake liquids such as water, tea, and Crystal Lite. This is bascially fasting but I want to see if I can do it. My Goal is to be on the liquid diet for the rest of the week until Sunday. I truly believe that I can do it. My mind is focused and determined to get this weight off. Please leave me some encouragement to go the distance.

ReVieW: MaC Lip CondiTioNer SPF 15

OMG Ladies let me tell you about one of the most amazing lip balms ever lol. I heard about the MaC Lip Conditioner through a good friend on YouTube, she ranted and ranted over it until I finally said ok I'm going to buy it. I went and purchased it about two weeks ago from a MaC counter in Macy's. I applied it to my lips as soon as I got in the car and instantly feel in love with it. It did exactly what it is suppose to do, it conditioned my lips. It instantly made my lips smooth. They weren't dry or nothing. This lip balm lasts for hours also unlike others that tend to dry up. Let me give you the basics it is a lightweight conditioning balm for the lip formulated with SPF 15. It protects the lips from everyday aggressions, holds in moisture, and provides gentle repair to dry lips. It contains Almond Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Extract, Wheat Germ Oil, vitamins A and E. Petroleum based to seal in moisture yet smooth to apply, non-sticky on. Slightly vanilla-flavoured. Colour-free.

I've just recently found out that they have tinted lip conditioners for you ladies that love color.

If you have problems with dry, chapped, ugly lips [jk] then this lip balm is for you. Its not expensive at all
$13.50.
I found it very affordable. So ladies be my guest and try this amazing product.
Until next time stay pretty.
